We offer a fast connect to hosted payment pages, an XML API connection, and call center specific application. There are four distinct ways that you can connect to the WebCollect payment platform for online payment processing. No matter what you need, one of these is guaranteed to fit:

MerchantLink Integration – You are in control.

The MerchantLink WebCollect connection method is designed for merchants who prefer to use their own online shop with their own payment pages. The merchant collects and stores its customers’ payment details. This integration consists of a single XML interface to WebCollect, which opens the door for you to offer the wide range of GlobalCollect payment methods. 

Call Center Application – Always on call for you.

This connection is also known as a Virtual Terminal. Every Call Center terminal will have realtime access to our WebCollect payment server, offering credit card and direct debit payment methods with a minimum number of keystrokes. Merchants can log on with their own merchant-id, username, and password. Additional security checks are performed to confirm configured data. The virtual terminal determines credit card type and creates a unique order-id accordingly. Merchants can optionally add their own payment reference number.
