There are four distinct ways that you can connect to the WebCollect payment platform for online payment processing. No matter what you need, one of these is guaranteed to fit:

MerchantLink Integration – You are in control.

The MerchantLink WebCollect connection method is designed for merchants who prefer to use their own online shop with their own payment pages. The merchant collects and stores its customers’ payment details. This integration consists of a single XML interface to WebCollect, which opens the door for you to offer the wide range of GlobalCollect payment methods.

CustomerLink Integration – Outsource it all.

The CustomerLink WebCollect connection method was designed for merchants who want “ready to use” payment pages for their online shop. CustomerLink is fully hosted by GlobalCollect, easy to implement, and the payment pages are entirely customized to the look and feel of your website. The hosted payment pages provide payment instructions in 12 different languages, increasing your customers’ comfort and trust.

Hosted MerchantLink – Let us worry about mandatory PCI DSS compliancy.

Hosted MerchantLink combines the flexibility of a MerchantLink with the convenience and built-in security of a CustomerLink. Using the Hosted MerchantLink also means that you as a Merchant are exempt for complying with Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS).

Call Center Application – Always on call for you.

This connection is also known as a Virtual Terminal. Every Call Center terminal will have realtime access to our WebCollect payment server, offering credit card and direct debit payment methods with a minimum number of keystrokes. Merchants can log on with their own merchant-id, username, and password. Additional security checks are performed to confirm configured data. The virtual terminal determines credit card type and creates a unique order-id accordingly. Merchants can optionally add their own payment reference number.
