International Payment Services
Yes, it is possible to offer the same payment method in different currencies. However, if the exchange rates are not fixed (which is the case with non-Euro currencies), then the rates on your site must be kept up-to-date to avoid the risk of varying prices due to fluctuation in exchange rates. We strongly advise you to set prices in either Euro or non-Euro currency, but not both simultaneously.

While a payment authorization usually indicates that the card is valid, it is not a payment guarantee. For example, the card may be stolen but not yet reported. In addition, the cardholder may issue a charge back.
The distinction between authorization and settlement is used for book-and-ship transactions where the settlement is requested when the order is finalized. Yes, you can initiate a card refund. As long as the payment has not been captured (status is still AUTHORISED), you can manually or automatically cancel the order. Otherwise (status is CAPTURED), you can manually or automatically undo the capture (which will result in a REFUNDED status). In this case, the cardholder will receive a full refund of the transaction amount. The Merchant is required to pay a small service fee for the refund and will also pay the transaction costs.
