Full Service For merchants who would like to capitalize on all aspects of GlobalCollect’s service offering this model delivers the full range. GlobalCollect will process payments, collect funds, reconcile, report, repatriate and remit money in one or more currencies of your choice.
Gateway For merchants who would like to make use of GlobalCollect’s vast network of local payment methods, but would like to manage collection, reconciliation and repatriation themselves, this model is most appropriate.
Interfacing with the WebCollect payment platform is done with a selection of connection APIs and our various interfaces MerchantLink, Hosted MerchantLink, Mobile Link and Call Center Application.
For commercial support, you are assigned a dedicated Account Manager with responsibility for the commercial health and growth of your business. GlobalCollect Account Managers are experts in online commerce with deep regional and industry expertise, and work with you to optimize your payments processes. The Account Manager can also connect you with GlobalCollect’s value-added payments knowledge services, such as Managed Fraud Services and the Elevate Business Intelligence solution.
Central to GlobalCollect’s overall service offering is our Merchant Services department, which is responsible for safeguarding the operational continuity and service delivery for GlobalCollect’s merchants. The Merchant Services Department provides 24/7, follow the sun, operational support to merchants around the world through its teams in Europe, APAC, US and LATAM for all operational and technical service requests, escalations and incidents reported by merchants.

GlobalCollect is committed to protecting the security of payments. Information Security activities are embedded within GlobalCollect to support providing secure payment services to our customers. GlobalCollect’s Information Security Management department is focused on managing risks on a continuous basis to ensure compliance with internal and external requirements. GlobaCollect Information Security Management is based on the international recognized ISO27001 standard and the control framework are based on the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS), ISO27002 and ISAE 3402. GlobalCollect aims to assist merchants in complying with the Sarbanes-Oxley Act and other relevant legislations in relation to payment services provided by GlobalCollect.
Certifications & registrations:
GlobalCollect is PCI-DSS Level 1 certified and is member of the PCI Security Standards Council as participating organization to work with the Council to evolve the PCI Data Security Standard (DSS) and other payment card data protection standards. PCI DSS is a set of requirements designed to ensure that companies that process, store or transmit credit card information maintain a secure environment.
GlobalCollect is ISAE 3402 Type II compliant for processing all payment products. To obtain an ISAE 3402 Type II qualification, GlobalCollect has defined specific control objectives in order to meet the requirements for processing all payment products within its portfolio. An independent auditor performed an on-site ISAE 3402 Type II audit regarding processes for all payment products offered by GlobalCollect: for the Legacy infrastructure covering the period of January 1st until December 31st, 2013; for the BankWorks Hosted Solution covering the period of September 1st, 2013 until March 31st, 2014. Annually, an independent auditor performs an on-site ISAE 3402 Type II audit regarding processes for all payment products offered by GlobalCollect. With this qualification, GlobalCollect demonstrates that it has an appropriate set of rigorous controls and safeguards in place to service its merchants further. Dutch National Bank authorized Payment Services Provider
As of 1 November 2009, under Section 2:3a of the “Wet op het financieel toezicht” or Wft [Financial Supervision Act], no one may pursue the business of a payment service provider without an authorisation issued by DNB. DNB issued a license for GlobalCollect to provide payment services as it satisfied the applicable conditions. Payment service providers holding a license are referred to as ‘payment institutions’. DNB is the supervisor for prudential supervision of payment institutions in the Netherlands, and due diligence of GlobalCollect by the DNB occurs annually.
Standard reporting suite (online and offline or physical and electronic)
GlobalCollect has a three-layer reporting model for processed transactions. The three-layer model consists of online real-time messaging, daily offline financial and operational reports. Online transactions are always confirmed online via XML messaging that includes an approval or rejection. The daily Payment Reports give an overview of all payments that are successfully processed during that day, breaking down the information on per transaction level.
GlobalCollect also offers an online business Intelligence tool used to get insights in your business.
GlobalCollect provides an on-line Payment Console which is accessible 24/7. It offers a wide range of functionalities to provide you with up-to-the-minute information on transactions processed via GlobalCollect.
The payment console allows users to:
- Access order/payment/consumer information on both account and transaction level
- Manage and monitor transactions
- Execute actions such as refunds, inquiries or disputing a chargeback
- Access to predefined financial reports.
