Who is GlobalCollect?
GlobalCollect is the world's premier Payment Service Provider of local online payment solutions for international Customer Not-Present (CNP) businesses such as internet, mail and telephone orders. Through one single web-enabled technical and administrative interface, our online payment platform offers the largest range of local e-payment methods and currencies in over 200 countries.

What is WebCollect?
WebCollect is a single web-enabled interface. This online payment platform offers the largest range of local e-payment methods and currencies in over 200 countries, including: International and national cards, direct debits, real-time bank transfers, bank transfers, cash, eWallets, and prepaid methods.

How does WebCollect work?
WebCollect is GlobalCollect's payment platform that runs on secure servers. Each transaction that is sent through the platform is processed quickly and securely. When consumers check out of an online shopping tour, they first choose the payment method they want to use, then the online shop passes the order information on to WebCollect via a variety of connection methods. Once the payment is completed, the consumer receives a confirmation on the retailer’s website. Integration with WebCollect is invisible to the consumer.

What are your rates?

Do I need a Merchant account?
Yes, in all cases of card processing, a Merchant account with an acquirer is required. We will facilitate this process with you during your implementation. For bank related transactions (direct debit, bank transfer, etc.) an acquirer Merchant account is not necessary.

Do you accept all kinds of businesses?
We do not accept any business dealing with adult services or content. In addition, all our acquiring banks have a list of prohibited goods and services, often also applying to local legislation. If you are unsure if your business fits this requirement, please contact us to investigate.

Who audits GlobalCollect?
A renowned and accredited accountancy firm performs audits on our infrastructure and operations. Our clients receive copies of the results.

Do you provide product training?
Yes, we provide training as part of the implementation process.

How do I get started?

What reporting do you provide?
With our WebCollect payment platform, you get 24/7 access to the PaymentConsole. This online tool provides full access to your payment processing reports including: daily orders, statistics, payment status, transaction queries, fraud services (optional), documentation and maintenance notifications.

Do you store information about the products that we sell?
No, our payment platform commences once the consumer has selected to pay for the goods in their shopping cart. We do not store any product information other than a free-format order description provided to us.
