This means that the invoice payments will be collected, reconciled, the currency converted and finally, remitted and reported by GlobalCollect!

Invoice Design and Templates

The tool merges company invoice templates with the local payment instructions in each country and produces a ready-to-print invoice file. InvoiceCollect hosts the merchant invoice and mailing templates along with production scripts online, which allows you, at any point in time, to download a template, modify it, test online, and approve it. From the InvoiceCollect platform, you can fully manage the invoice templates and fulfillment instructions, print, search, and archive (up to 7 years).

Printing and Distribution

InvoiceCollect is connected to local printers which currently enable printing in the Netherlands, Belgium, Singapore, Hong Kong, United States, and Japan. New printers can be connected to the platform upon request. You will find that local printing reduces both cost and delivery time of mailings and invoices and as a result, shortens the collection cycle.

Invoices can be delivered through a variety of channels including printed and posted, e-mailed, web-posted and sent by fax.

Tracking and Tracing  

Invoice batches can be tracked and traced through the online InvoiceCollect interface. The batch status is reported online along with whether the batch has been processed, printed and distributed.
