Who is GlobalCollect?
GlobalCollect is a unique Payment Service Provider of local payment solutions for international businesses.  Our expertise in electronic payment methods for Customer Non-Present (CNP) businesses such as  internet, mail, telephone order is greatly appreciated by clients from a wide range of industries such as digital content, travel, online games, ticketing, media, telecommunications, and retail.

What is WebCollect?
WebCollect is a powerful payment platform that combines credit and other of today's popular payment methods. In a short time you could be connected with this platform and accepting a wide range of payments on your website.

How does WebCollect work?
WebCollect is a payment platform that runs on our secure servers. It is a doorway to a unique payment processing service. Once connected to WebCollect, each transaction you send through the platform is processed quickly and securely. In short when a consumer desires to check-out of an online shopping cart, they first choose the payment method that they want to use. With a variety of connection methods, the online shop passes the order information through WebCollect and after the payment is completed, the consumer receives a confirmation on the merchant's website. Integration with WebCollect is invisible to the consumer.

What are your rates?

Can I see a web shop checkout demo?
Yes you can! We have an online payment shop demo of our hosted WebCollect solution (CustomerLink connection) available where you can send a transaction and see the process.

Do you store information about the products that we sell?
No, our payment service only comes into action after the consumer has selected to pay for the selections in their shopping cart. We do not store any product information other than a free-format order description provided directly by you.

Do I need a merchant account?
Yes, in all cases of card processing, a merchant account with an acquirer is required. We will facilitate this process with you during your implementation. For bank related transactions (direct debit, bank transfer, etc.) an acquirer merchant account is not required.

Do you accept all kinds of businesses?
We do not accept merchants that provide adult services. In addition, our acquiring banks all have a list of prohibited goods and services - if you are unsure if your business fits this requirement, please contact us to inquire.

Who certifies the correct operation of GlobalCollect?
A large and accredited accountancy firm performs audits on our infrastructure and operations. At periodic intervals, all of our clients will be supplied with copies of the results. If you need more information, please contact us.

Do you provide training?
Yes we provide training in the implementation process.

How do I get started?
To get started, contact us for more information on the merchant application and to receive a customized proposal for your needs.

What reporting do you provide?
With our WebCollect payment platform, you get 24 hour access to the PaymentConsole. This online tool is a one-of-a-kind service that allows you to have full access to your payment processing reports including daily orders, statistics, payment status, transaction queries, fraud services (optional), documentation, and service/maintenance notifications.
