Account Manager
The main objective of Account Management is to retain and expand GlobalCollect’s existing portfolio of Merchants. The Account Manager is responsible for managing and growing mid-size accounts generating revenues up to €250K p/a. GlobalCollect focuses its sales efforts on high growth e-commerce markets as: Travel, Software, Streaming Media, Gaming and (e)Publishing.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop long term and trusted relationship as business partner in international payment processing
- Maximize customer satisfaction and grow existing accounts: meet or exceed account growth targets as defined in account plan
- Identify up-sell opportunities and pro-actively contact existing customers regarding new products and services
- Organize and lead monthly and quarterly account reviews to review active payment products, volumes and service levels
- Effectively coordinate with other departments to resolve any customer issues
Professional requirements:
- Bachelor or equivalent level
- A proven track record in business-to-business sales and relationship management
- 3+ years commercial experience in payments or e-commerce industry
- Enthusiastic, capable of motivating other people
- A commercial, flexible and pro-active attitude
- Knowledge of Internet technology
- Experience with working in an international environment and willing to travel (up to 20%)
